Hey BN,
here's a suggestion;
To make life easier and cheaper for those organizing class outings next time, why dont we make some sort of a buddy system to ensure everyone's informed about each and every class outing? If not, i.e. the steamboat lunch we were supposed(and might not) to have, organized by Kelly, might have to go up in smoke. Face it people, none of you have everyone's numbers in the class right. So we can maybe say,split it into cliques, asking a rep to inform whoever they hangs out with,etc. or we can even go by the SWAT system, basically, our Chairman to EL rep to sub-comm.
Do consider;
it'll make our lives way better when having class gatherings.

Ok people, just so that you'd be prepared ( I predict that by the time you guys read this, you'd be home and not have your compre handout with you.), tomorrow, I'm going to quickly go through the rest of the questions in your compre. handout and then we'll start on summary. EL syllabus seems a little rushed doesn't it, but then again, which syllabus ain't?
Yes. How exciting. Ho Hum.
Anyway, on the lighter side, if you guys put in commendable effort tomorrow, there'll be a reward ( not the kind which requires me to dispense with hard-earned money, but something you'd enjoy nonetheless.

Okay, it's revived my ~dear~ class. So, to sum up this week's events:
1) Interaction Monday: Don't ever let our form teacher down, kay?

Hi back to post.
Today has been a long and tiring day for all of us. (Yes the squats)
Ok after this I hope we'll learn from our mistakes (Hmmm), and not repeat them again. So as to escape from unnecessary punishment. :(
#1: Do not be too friendly with Mr Zaid.
(Speak formally, no body languages)
#2: Do not cause any trouble in class.
(Hand in homework/assignments on time, don't talk to loudly in class etc.)
#3: Be a united class :)
(Help each other, be active in class)
#4: Attire
(The usual blah blah, it is everyday thing lar)
#5: Do some research/study on Mr Zaid's character (?)
(So we won't piss him off so easily = less punishments)
Sigh I hope everyone will co-operate. Oh yes, the noticeboard. Everybody plz co-operate, if you can spare recess time/after school time, plz do so. We'll be decorating the noticeboard. It's the usual stuff right. Just bring ang paos, staplers, glue, markers (?), anything you think that is creative and new and nice and pretty. Then own this noticeboard thingo!!! :)

Oh yes, the pink form at the back of the classroom. It think confirm can settle lar. Still got the lockers, omg paiseh people. Sorry for the lockers thing, it added to the number of squats. :( Really sorry k. :( Uh just like pass us the locker numbers lor, then Yuzi and me can find out ourselves. :)
Other than that, Eugene mentioned the Duty Roster. I think he'll settle it, just anyhow write peoples' names randomly. Then like that also fair, so no complaints. :)
Homework:
1) A Maths - Chapter 1 Part 2 (Polynomials) Worksheet + Assignment by TOMORROW.
And the Chapter 1 Part 3 (Remainder Theorem) Worksheet + Assignment latest by NEXT MONDAY.
2) Chemistry - Chapter 4 (Elements and Compounds) Worksheet. There'll be a element + valency table test also if I'm not wrong.
3) Normal Chinese - Chapter 11 workbook exercise.
4) Higher Chinese - 听写 on Chapter 1. I have no idea when it is, I didn't bring home the textbook. MY GOD I THINK IT'S TOMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah well, today is the day which we get 800 squats from Mr. Zaid. It hurts, no kidding. Hope you all are alright, physically and emotionally.
Okay, I don't want to be labeled as a person who "sucks up to teachers" or "'star' pupil" or what not, but its just that, although we did get into big trouble today, and we don't like (okay, I admit, hate) the punishment that was meted out, we still have to do some reflection. I don't think the spamming issue here was the main problem, but us. In Mr. Zaid's class we are all very silent: too silent in fact, we don't dare to answer questions at all. But in other classes, our noise level is really above tolerable level. And when the teachers ask a question, we still do not answer. Let's change this. I think it's because our mindset is that "Someone else will answer". Everyone keeps that mindset and it will frustrate a teacher. Another thing that will frustrate a teacher is the fact that we just can't keep our mouths closed when the teacher is teaching. I know maybe that cool guy next door just sms-ed you or what not but lets show at least an attentive ear. We can do this, BN.
Homework wise, I know it is tough. A Maths is certainly a big problem to deal with. I have that problem too, but I can't stop. You must be thinking "Yea, then what should we do?". Ask. Any question just shoot at Mr. Teo. No teacher will be, or should be, frustrated when being asked a question related to what they are teaching. Of course, with the exception of repetition of a question. We have tougher things ahead of us, and we will do it together, BN.
Lastly, I just want to chip in my own comments. Last year in 2MD my class was the type of "every man for himself" class. No one cared or listened. I was a chairman once in Sec 1, but I gave up. I couldn't get the class to co-operate. But in this class, is the class I feel proud to be in. We're not divided but we're together. That's the key thing. We've gotta help each other. I know this sounds like I'm 80 and telling you guys another lecture and what not but please take my words in mind. I don't mind doing another 10000 squats if it is for the class. Mr. Zaid could have been abit harsh today but that is the way it is and should be. We can show our "attitude" and vent our anger but remember we are still students. Work done on time gives us more time to bond. If you see anyone faltering when we're doing the squats then don't be afraid to tell Mr. Zaid. Because all of us know where the limit is.
To end off, I would like to say that I have scrapped the duty roster and that anyone who talks in lesson would be "awarded" with a duty to do.

Hmm... I thought usually it would be the class chairperson who would post first but never mind about that. In case you guys (and gals) were wondering, we are gonna have a class duty roster on monday. Yes, on monday. There will be sweepers, whiteboard cleaners and tables/chair arrangers. Yes, I know the last category is quite redundant but trust me, if the tables and chairs are not properly arranged it is possible that they will be doing one of the other two jobs the next day. So... eh, good luck for the assignments anyway!
